Conservation for a Cause

To be in the presence of a Rhinoceros in its’ natural habitat is in itself a great privilege, but to be on the ground working alongside a team of passionate conservationists who dedicate their lives to protecting these magnificent creatures is an unfathomable dream!

The Anti-poaching unit in collaboration with the Madikwe Wildlife Foundation work tirelessly to protect Madikwe’s Rhino population, but it is an arduous and costly battle. 

Lead by Phillip Hatting and his team of veterinary specialists, the Madikwe Wildlife Foundation invite our guests to share in a once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in this critical work.  By choosing to support our efforts in safeguarding our precious Rhino’s, guests directly impact our fragile ecosystems and the preservation of Rhino’s for future generations. Your contribution will help provide much needed funds to ensure we are able to keep our brave anti-poaching team on the ground, fund crucial security measures and microchipping horns for tracing purposes and solidifying cases against poachers.
